Gruesome wipeouts, stomach churning cuts and bruises, some very big waves, a couple of hikes to secret locations, some sport fishing, and a whole lot more are all accompanied by music from War Called Peace, Pennywise, For Love Not Lisa, Sublime, Lidsville, Sensefield, and Operation Ivy.
